Review by hotel critic
Nestled in an enviable location, Nines offers a delightful culinary experience that truly resonates with my love for quality in every dish. Upon arrival, the welcoming staff set a tone that lingered throughout my stay, making me feel right at home despite the late evening. Dining at the hotel was notable; I experienced their innovative approach to cuisine. The menu, crafted with local ingredients, included a selection of dishes that combined classic bistro flair with fresh flavors. I particularly enjoyed the fish, although I found the portion on the smaller side. A side of vegetables with my lamb would have made the meal even more fulfilling. The ambiance of the restaurant reflected a rustic charm, making it an ideal setting for unwinding after a day of exploring. As a photographer, I appreciated the view from my spacious room - perfect for capturing the evening light. Nines seemed well-suited for the discerning foodie, whether you're a chef honing your skills or a traveler seeking comfort and taste. I would gladly return for another exploration of their menu.
